Opens August 23rd  and runs Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights through September 29th, 2018All performances take place in Berger Park's Coach House Theater, located at 6215 North Sheridan Road - Chicago, IL 60660.

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm | Buffet Dinner & Open Bar (Thursday through Saturday)

8:00 pm to 9:30 pm | Performance (running time 80 minutes)

TICKETS

$60 | Price is all-inclusive and covers food, beverage, entertainment, tax and gratuity.

$40 | single tickets include showing of El Grande De Coca-Cola @ 8 pm only.  (General admission seating and cash bar available 15 minute prior to curtain).

$20 | Wednesday All Access Night (discounts not available on Wednesdays)

On Wednesday nights all tickets are $20 each.   Single tickets include showing of El Grande De Coca-Cola @ 8 pm only.  (General admission seating and cash bar available 15 minute prior to curtain). Dinner will not be available as part of the performance, however, dining is available next door at the Waterfront Cafe. 

The venue is fully ADA. Limited to 40 guests per seating. Recommended for ages 21+

DAVIEL BAILÓN (Mr. Coca-Cola & Swing)

Daviel Bailon is thrilled to be part of this wonderful production El Grande de Coca-Cola.  His theatre acting credits include; A Grimm Realization (Northeastern Illinois University), Alegrías y Lágrimas (Piven Theatre, Instituto Cervantes, and Gorilla Tango Theatre), Lolita de Lares (Urban Theatre Company), Microteatro Ambulante- Theatre on the Go, Just Like Us, and Cuerpo Sano, Vida Sana, at the Mexican Museum. He also worked as understudy for Adventure Stages. Film and television credits: The American Dream, Las Fieras and a photo double for the show Empire.

JUAN CASTAÑEDA (Assistant Director & Swing)

Juan is excited to be working with Waterfront Summer Stages.  A former member of Urban Theater Company Juan has been working in Chicago as a director, assistant director, dramaturg and actor in the city for companies such as Teatro Vista, Steep Theatre, Collaboraction Theatre,  Halcyon Theatre, Broken Nose Theatre, Waltzing Mechanics, Mercy Street Theatre, Right Brain Theatre Project, Promethean Theatre, and Colectivo El Pozo to name a few.  Thank you for coming out to support live theatre in Chicago!

SOPHIE HERNANDO KOFMAN (Maria Hernandez)

is a recent transplant from Boulder, Colorado, and is so excited to be beginning her exploration of the Chicago Theater family with El Grande de Coca Cola. Her credits include roles in “15 Seconds to Curtain” (Stage 773), “Two Gentlemen of Verona” (Boulder Acts Classics), “The Dream / Death Experiment” (Naropa University), and “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” (Longmont Theater Company). She has also had positions as a haunted corn field actress in “Abra-Kadaver / Blood Rot” (Stocker Farms), a reader in the staged reading of “Wisdom from Everything” (Local Theater Company), and a singer with various choirs in Colorado, including the Boulder Bach Festival, Colorado Masterworks Chorus, and the Doina Folk Choir.

JOHNNY GARCIA (Pepe Hernandez) is the Development Outreach Coordinator with Redtwist Theatre. He has performed his one-person play, That's F'd Up at the Chicago Fringe Festival, as well as Wilbur Wright College for Hispanic Heritage month, directed by Mary Reynard. He was also seen in  A Shroud for Lazarus, Trickster, Estrella Cruz (the junkyard queen), (Halcyon Theatre), Electra Garrigo (The Right Brain Project), Scarcity, The American Clock (Redtwist), The Dark Ages: Otho The Great (Frank Farrell Productions), Bang Bang, You're Dead (Theatre on the Edge).

RICHARD GOMEZ (Juan Rodriguez)

PAULETH JAUREGUI (Consuelo Hernandez) 

Born and raised in the border between Mexico and the US. Pauleth Jauregui is a professional dancer, singer and actress. She had played principal roles in musical theater like: “The Wizard of OZ”, “Chicago”, “Alice in Wonderland”, and “Peter Pan” in Mexico. On 2008, she was named by the critics during the International Contemporary Dance Festival “Cuerpos en Tránsito” as the best dancer on the stage. Credits in Chicago include: “Santos & Santos” (The Loop Players), “Happiness and Tears” (Gorilla Tango Theater) and the film “Chicken Tuesdays” (Directed by Brandon Daley). She is also singer of the alternative rock band Dharma Station.

CHRISTIAN VALDIVIESO (Miguel Hernandez)

is a South Florida native who recently graduated with his B.F.A. in acting from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. His favorite credits include Lolita de Lares (UrbanTheater Company), XL (Living Room Playmakers) and the roles of Judge Brack in Hedda Gabbler  and Sheridan Whiteside in The man Who Came to Dinner, both at Chicago College of Performing Arts.  Big shout out to his family back home, his girlfriend and his recently adopted four legged baby, Stanley!

JOHN MARTINEZ (Director & Choreographer) Credits include: The View Upstairs (Circle Theatre), The Buddy Holly Story (American Blues Theater); On A Clear Day... (Porchlight Music Theater), Priscilla Queen of the Desert (Jeff nomination) (Pride Films & Plays); Rock of Ages (Timberlake Playhouse); Tonya & Nancy The Rock Opera (Chicago Premiere), Haymarket (Underscore Theatre); 3C (A Red Orchid); We're Gonna Die (Haven Theater/Steppenwolf); Murder Ballad (Theater On The Lake), Assistant/associate director/choreographer: Lizzie (Firebrand), Xanadu (American Theater Company; Carrie, Murder Ballad (Bailiwick Chicago).  His ballet, Le Apache, premiered in 2016 at the Harris Theater.  He is also the founder of the To All Performers of Color, which provides free musical theatre dance training to underserved communities.  Jon is a company member of Underscore and Firebrand Theatre.
